This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes rules for using the Krusher Service.
By using the Service, you agree not to use it in ways that are unlawful, abusive, harmful, or inconsistent with these rules, our Terms of Service, or the rights of others.
1. General Rule
You may use Krusher only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:
- these Terms,
- this AUP,
- applicable law,
- and any third-party terms that apply to services you use through Krusher.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, or court order
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- impersonate another person or entity
- upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or any connected system
- scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest data except where expressly authorized
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
- bypass security or access controls
- use bots, scripts, or automated methods to abuse the Service
- submit false, misleading, or deceptive information
- harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others
3. Restrictions Related to Third-Party Platforms
You may not use Krusher in any way that:
- violates the terms of a third-party platform, including Kalshi
- attempts to automate or route trades on behalf of others
- facilitates credential sharing or unauthorized account access
- undermines the rules, integrity, or security of a third-party service
- attempts to bypass platform limits, restrictions, or safeguards
4. No Misuse of Data
You may not use the Service to:
- collect or store data in an unauthorized manner
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute data except as expressly allowed
- use the Service to build a competing product by copying protected content, workflows, or datasets
- extract or retain data in ways that violate our Terms, privacy practices, or third-party restrictions
5. No Fraud or Abuse
You may not:
- create fake accounts
- manipulate analytics or usage metrics
- abuse referrals, trials, credits, or promotions
- attempt chargeback fraud
- use the Service for deceptive, fraudulent, or manipulative activity
6. No Harmful Trading or Market Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- engage in spoofing, wash trading, or manipulation
- facilitate illegal or deceptive market activity
- present false performance claims
- misrepresent the nature of analytics, predictions, or model outputs
7. Security and Operational Restrictions
You may not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization
- overload, stress test, or attack the Service
- interfere with or attempt to degrade performance
- use the Service in a way that threatens security, stability, or availability
8. Enforcement
We may investigate violations of this AUP and may take any action we believe appropriate, including:
- warning you
- removing content
- suspending features
- limiting access
- terminating accounts
- reporting activity to law enforcement or third parties if appropriate
We may act immediately if we believe there is a security, legal, or compliance risk.

10. Relationship to the Terms of Service
This AUP is part of the overall rules for using Krusher and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control unless we state otherwise.
