This Privacy Policy explains how Krusher LLC ("Krusher," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

A. Information you provide directly
When you create an account, use the Service, or contact us, you may provide:

- login credentials or authentication information

- watchlists
- predictions
- saved settings
- customer support messages

B. Subscription and payment-related information
If you subscribe to paid features, we may receive: subscription status, plan type, purchase history, renewal or cancellation status, transaction metadata, and app store or platform purchase identifiers.
We do not generally store full payment card details ourselves. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Apple, Google, or RevenueCat depending on how you subscribe (and Stripe if used for web subscriptions).
C. Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, usage data, interaction data, crash logs, diagnostic data, and analytics events.
D. Firebase Analytics data, if enabled
If we use Firebase Analytics or similar tools, we may collect app screens viewed, taps, clicks and engagement events, session duration, device and performance data, and anonymized or pseudonymized analytics identifiers.
E. Firestore data
We may store data in Firestore relating to: predictions, watchlists, saved preferences, user-generated app settings, account-related records, and product usage state.
F. Authentication data through Firebase Auth
If you register or sign in using Firebase Auth, we may collect and store: email address, name, profile photo, unique user identifier, authentication status, and login history or access logs associated with the account.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- create and manage your account
- authenticate users
- provide and improve the Service
- display your watchlists, predictions, and preferences
- personalize your experience
- process subscriptions and manage billing
- provide customer support
- monitor app performance and stability
- detect fraud, abuse, or security issues
- enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

3. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
A. Service providers
We share information with third-party vendors that help us operate the Service, including:
- Firebase / Google for authentication, database storage, analytics, and hosting-related services
- RevenueCat for subscription management and purchase entitlement tracking
- Apple and Google for app store / in-app purchase processing
- Stripe if used for payment processing
- cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and security providers
These providers may process information on our behalf and are generally not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.
B. Legal compliance and protection
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our agreements and policies; protect our rights, property, users, or the public; or investigate fraud, security issues, or abuse.
C. Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We may share information with third parties when you ask us to do so or otherwise consent.
4. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of that term.

5. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or reference third-party services, including:
- Firebase / Google
- RevenueCat
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
- Stripe
- Kalshi
- data and analytics providers
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, not ours.
If you access a third-party platform through or from Krusher, that third party may collect information about you independently.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, meet legal/tax/accounting/compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We may retain certain records even after account deletion if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, accounting, or security.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.
However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security measures or misuse information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete certain information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or request a copy of your data in certain cases.
Account deletion

If we send you marketing emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe instructions in those emails, subject to legal or operational exceptions.
