Delete Your Account

Krusher (provided by Krusher LLC) lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. You can do this directly in the app, or — for example, if you have already uninstalled it — by emailing us.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the Krusher app.
- Tap your profile — the circle with your initial in the top-right of the Markets screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email support@krusher.app from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- your account and login credential (email);
- your profile and profile photo;
- your watchlist and saved in-app preferences;
- all personal data tied to your account in our database.
What we may retain, and for how long
We may keep a limited set of records after your account is deleted, only where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, transaction and purchase records for tax and accounting, and security or fraud-prevention logs. These are retained only as long as required for those purposes and are then deleted. Purchase records held by Apple or Google through their app stores are governed by their respective policies.
